How we scan your system
After our initial assessment we will scan your system with 2 or 3 different malware and virus removal programs in an attempt to locate and remove as many viruses as possible.
We make use of special programs to see what hooks the virus is using to infect your machine.
We do not simply remove the infection, we make sure (as far as possible) that your programs are all running properly and we do not release a machine until in our professional opinion it is free of all types of malware infection.
Extra Checks
When we rid your computer of vicious and intrusive malware (viruses, trojans, worms, adware, spyware etc) we also take the opportunity
to apply current Windows Updates, delete temporary files and defragment your hard disk.
All machines leaving our premises are tested for electrical safety and are given an internal and external clean up.
